4 Step Hair Care Routine

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to my blog.

Today, in Malaysia is rainy day. So I only stay in my room.

But, that is not what I want to talk here. Today, I want to share with you about my hair care routine. Everyone must have a problem with your own hair. Like me, my hair always fall. That is so disturbing me. However, that problem already end. Do you want to know how I solve that problem, right? Okay, let's begin.

Step 1: Wash your hair with Shampoo

Wash your hair properly. You need to make sure your shampoo reach your hair scalp. After shampoo, rinse it with water until clean. If not clean enough, the frizz or dandruff will full in your hair later and you need to wash your hair everyday. Wash your hair everyday is not good for your hair. Normally, I only wash 2-3 time a week.

Step 2: Conditioner
After shampoo your hair, you need to apply conditioner on your hair but make sure don't apply it on hair scalp. If you apply it on hair scalp, it encourage your hair to fall. So, be careful! Let's your hair with conditioner around 3 minutes and then rinse with water until clean.

Step 3: Dry your hair
After wash your hair, dab your hair by using a towel. Only dab and let it dry naturally. Don't use hair dryer because hair dryer will cause your hair damage. When your hair already 3/4 dry, use hair brush to comb your hair.

Step 4: Use hair cream or hair oil
When your hair totally dry, use hair cream or hair oil to make sure your hair smooth and moist.

This is my hair care routine. I have a long hair so I need to make sure my hair is strong and clean. Also, I don't want my hair damage. So, I never use hair spray, hair dryer, or colouring my hair. I love my hair very much.

Between foundation and compact powder, which one will you carry out when you want to go somewhere? Some people said they will carry foundation and some people said they will carry compact powder. NIVEA Extra White Radiant & Smooth

Recently, I change my body lotion. Previously, I use Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Vera Soothe as my body lotion. But, in 2019, I use two type of lotion which is NIVEA Extra White Radiant & Smooth and also Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Vera Soothe. A long time ago (around my age 13 years old), I ever use NIVEA lotion but I forgot what type of NIVEA lotion I was using that time and I hate NIVEA lotion very much that time. Why I hate NIVEA lotion that time? It is because the lotion very sticky and it takes too much time to absorb in my skin. When I do activity like sport, the lotion make my skin look very oily because the mix between lotion and my sweat.
