Lighten Your Dark Spot And Brighten Your Skin Naturally

In Malaysia, I'm sure uneven skin tone and dark spot are the main problem faced by teenagers. Usually, dark spot caused by acne scar and uneven skin tone caused by UVA/UVB rays. Teenagers also obsess with fair and bright skin. When they notice their skin became uneven skin tone and have dark spot on their face that caused by acne scar, they will be upset and disappointed. So, to make uneven skin tone and dark spot disappear, teenagers willing to spend their money on purchasing whitening products with the hope that their skin will became fair and bright.

Let me tell you some fact between whitening and brightening. All teenagers assumed whitening and brightening products have the same function. Actually, the function of whitening and brightening products are totally different. Whitening products usually bleaching the skin color and  stripping away the skin pigmentation. Skin pigmentation functions is to absorb UV radiation. If skin pigmentation is stripping away, we will facing another problems like skin pigmentation disorder. It is very harm to our skin. So, whitening is very dangerous to teenagers. My advice is better avoid any whitening product when you are still have good skin.

Brightening products is evening out the skin tone. Brightening products usually will treat our skin from inside. So, it is more safety compare to whitening products. However, other than using brightening products, we also can have some simple food to lighten our dark spot and brighten our skin.

The are few type of food that can lighten your dark spot and uneven skin tone naturally.

  1. Vitamin C
    Take vitamin C as your supplement. Usually, I will take vitamin C before sleep. Vitamin C has nutrition that can make our skin balance between dark and fair. If we continually take Vitamin C, uneven skin tone and dark spot will fade naturally.
  2. Milk
    Milik contain lactic acid that can help reduce appearance of dark spot and  improve hyperpigmentation, dark patches or spots that develop on the skin. If we use products that contain lactic acid more than 5%, we may find it lightens our skin. It is exactly what we want if we have age spots or other discoloration.
  3. Eat cranberry, blueberry and bearberry
    Cranberry, blueberry and bearberry contain Arbutin. Arbutin help to lighten our skin generally and prevents melanin production.
  4. Eat rice
    Teenagers love to eat instant noodles and instant food. Some teenagers choose take extreme diet without taking a single bowl of rice. But, if your diet can harm your healthy, how can your skin became beautiful and smooth. Rice contain Kojic Acid that can breakdown the melanin and lighten visible sun damage, age spots, or scars. 
Overall, the result from eating this food is not immediately like you eat this food today and tomorrow you can see the result. Since this is natural way to lighten your skin, the result may take around 3 weeks or 4 weeks. Actually, I only take vitamin C at night and drink milk in morning. But, after one month, acne scar on my face disappear and some dark spot became faded. My skin also became a little bit bright. I hope this diet help you guys get the skin you want.
